Fukurokujuhime is a rare plant.
*Farfugium japonicum*, Fukurokujuhime (*Fukujubotan*)
A *Roshaba* variety of *Tsuwabuki*.
Possesses the beauty of Wabi-sabi, a special variety of mountain chrysanthemum.
Blooms with unique yellow flowers even in winter.
New leaves resemble common *Ligularia*,
Mature leaves gradually develop variegation, appearing like green flowers.
This is the origin of its name.

This potted specimen has been cultivated for 3 years in a bright yellow glazed Fuji-san pot,
and green flowers have already appeared (Figure 3).
The leaves are thick and three-dimensional, with slow growth and replacement.
In summer, avoid direct midday sun.
Paired with an aged pot over 20 years old,
an early Taiwanese export to Japan, known among old collectors as a "W pot."
Final inventory from collectors: Orange-yellow ice crackle glaze papaya pot.
The pot base features a minimalist Fuji-san emblem.
