【Basic Leather Care】
1. Cowhide/Sheepskin: When using leather oil, apply it evenly onto a dry cloth first, then gently wipe the leather in a circular motion. Do not apply leather oil directly to the leather to prevent uneven coloration.
2. Suede/Horsehair Leather: Avoid wiping with water or a damp cloth, and do not use leather oil as it can damage the nap. Gently brush with a soft brush following the grain. It is recommended to use a suede-specific waterproof spray before use.
3. Patent Leather: Gently wipe with a dry cloth or use a specialized patent leather wax.
Note 1: It is normal for the leather color to deepen after applying leather oil; it will lighten over time.
Note 2: If the leather becomes damp, pat it dry with a clean cloth, allow it to air dry naturally, and then apply leather oil for maintenance. Do not use external methods to accelerate drying, such as direct sunlight or a hairdryer.
