Registration Notes ▼ Please ensure your email address is correct when registering. Await confirmation from the organizer after submission. ▼ Upon successful verification, a [Payment Notification] will be sent to your email. Failure to pay within 3 days will result in the cancellation of your registration. ▼ After completing payment, a [Pre-event Notice] will be emailed 3 days before the event. ▼ If you do not receive the [Payment Notification] or [Pre-event Notice], please join our official Line account via the bottom right corner of our website for assistance. ▼ If unable to attend on the event day, please inform us by phone. No-shows will be blacklisted. ▼ Please provide truthful personal information during registration. Any false information will be the registrant's legal responsibility. Safety and Security Measures ● Upon on-site check-in, your ID will be verified. Failure to bring an ID, or if found to be not yourself or not single, will result in forfeiture of participation and no refund will be issued. (Verified Real-Name System) ● Before the event, male participants' work IDs or proof of employment will be verified to confirm eligibility. (Verified Real-Name System) ● Participants may use nicknames during the event to maintain privacy. (Anonymous Participation) ● You may specify in the remarks section if there's anyone you'd prefer not to meet (e.g., colleagues), and we will endeavor to avoid scheduling conflicts. ● Personal information will not be disclosed during the event to ensure privacy. Other Important Information I. Cancellation Policy: ▼ Cancellations notified 7 days or more before the event (excluding the event day) will receive a 90% refund of the amount paid. ▼ Cancellations notified between 6 and 4 days before the event (excluding the event day) will receive a 50% refund of the amount paid. ▼ Cancellations are not accepted within 3 days before the event or on the event day, and no refund will be issued. ▼ If participation is terminated due to reasons not attributable to the organizer during the event, no refund will be issued. ▼ In case of force majeure events such as natural disasters, we will proactively contact you regarding postponement or refunds. ▼ If the event is canceled due to reasons attributable to the organizer, a full refund will be issued. II. Date or Activity Changes: ▼ Date or activity changes can be made up to 4 days before the event (excluding the event day). Changes are limited to one instance. ▼ If there is a price difference after changing the date or activity, the difference will be refunded or charged accordingly. ▼ No cancellations are accepted after a date or activity change has been made. ▼ Date changes are not accepted within 3 days before the event or on the event day. III. E-invoices will be emailed after the event. Notification will be sent if the invoice is a winning ticket.
