Author: Wai Wai Publisher: Bright Light Culture Size: 150mm x 210mm Pages: 224 ISBN: 978-988-8820-60-3 [Synopsis] The Beyblades he bought as a child actually exploded; he told the hairdresser he wanted Bosco's hairstyle, only to suspect the hairdresser didn't know Bosco afterwards; no matter how many trips he took, the most memorable weren't the sights, but the mishaps: one host was locked in the bathroom, another was naked; he joined a crazy fried rice eating tour in Las Vegas... Ever since he changed his name to Wai Wai in childhood, his life’s path has been askew. Although it's a path he's walked himself, his experiences, joys and sorrows, and many unexamined memories and unrepaired pains from his growth seem to overlap with ours. It turns out that as a post-90s individual, as a Hongkonger, as someone who loves this city, unless one grew up oblivious, we all tread a similar winding path.
