Thank you very much. 🔔 About Color Differences Screen colors and print colors differ due to variations in color gamuts. ★ Screen colors are RGB → displayed on a glowing screen, colors appear more vibrant and bright. ★ Print colors are CMYK → ink cannot reproduce some extremely bright colors, so the printed output will have slightly lower saturation than screen colors. Therefore, a color difference between the product and the on-screen design is normal. The color difference in printed output cannot be based on the customer's screen. Different paper types, ink batches, and the ambient humidity on the printing day can all affect color reproduction. If precise color matching is crucial, please reconsider before ordering. 🔔 Customized products are not eligible for the 7-day appreciation period. If uncollected, fees may be pursued according to the "Consumer Protection Act." According to Article 19, Paragraph 1 of the Consumer Protection Act, consumers engaging in distance or door-to-door transactions may cancel the contract by returning the goods or providing written notice within seven days of receiving the goods or services, without needing to explain the reason or bear any fees or considerations. However, the proviso of the same paragraph states that certain reasonable exceptions apply to distance transactions. The Executive Yuan announced the "Standards for Reasonable Exceptions to the Right of Dissolution of Distance Transactions" at the end of 2015, which took effect on January 1, 2016. Article 2, Item 2 of these standards explicitly states that "customized goods and services provided according to consumer requests" are exceptions to the right of contract dissolution within seven days as stipulated in Article 19, Paragraph 1 of the Consumer Protection Act. ⛔️ Cash on delivery is not available for customized products. ⛔️ Customized products are not eligible for the 7-day appreciation period.
