Due to variations in plant composition across different regions, factors such as plant selection, soil composition, ash firing methods, and water-to-ash ratios all contribute to the final appearance of the ash glaze. Consequently, each piece of ash-glazed pottery exhibits a unique and captivating array of colors. **Our Plant Ash Glaze** Our natural ash glaze is formulated using ash from local Taichung plants. The production process for each batch of ash glaze is complex and yields limited quantities. Furthermore, the inability to replicate the exact formula due to variations in plant ingredients imparts each piece with ever-changing, enchanting natural colors and textures.
