The natural oils from your skin will impart a warm, gentle luster to the piece. Avoid vigorous scrubbing and contact with sulfur-containing hot springs or hot water. When not worn, please use a silver polishing cloth to wipe sterling silver items before storing them in a resealable bag to prevent oxidation. ※For plated items, do not use a silver polishing cloth. Simply use a regular eyeglass cloth for cleaning. ※It is normal for the silver polishing cloth to darken. Items damaged by non-human factors within the warranty period are eligible for free repair. Free cleaning services are also available within the warranty period (scratches cannot be addressed). For a complete silver restoration (addressing scratches, re-plating), there is a discounted fee of $200-$400 within the warranty period, quoted based on the size and severity of the damage. For items outside the warranty, the fee starts at $450 and may vary depending on the condition of the jewelry. Chain components are machine-made finished products and cannot be repaired; please exercise caution during wear. All shipping costs for care and repair services are the responsibility of the 'buyer'. {Special Notes} ※Each piece of jewelry is handcrafted, and minor variations are to be expected. ※To protect the rights of both parties, we take photos of the finished product before shipping for our records.
