📍 We offer hot stamping in English and a limited selection of Chinese characters (refer to the illustration below). We do not offer hot stamping of "numbers" or "symbols." For special stamping requests, please message the designer to discuss. 📍 All keys will feel a bit stiff when first placed in the leather case due to the added thickness. They will soften and become more comfortable to use after a period of time. Please do not order if this is a concern. 📍 Key fob designs vary depending on the "purchase year" and "owner's selected options" for each car model. Please send a photo of your key fob for verification before placing your order. __Ordering Process__ 💁🏻 Production begins only after your order is placed. Your item will be shipped within 10 business days, excluding weekends, starting from the day after your order. Each additional item may require an extra 3-5 business days. Please ensure you are comfortable with the timeframe before ordering. This product is made using a wet-forming process, which requires 2-4 days for air drying. While surface imperfections may not be obvious when the leather is flat, they can become more pronounced once shaped into a three-dimensional form. We will discard and remake any pieces with excessive flaws. As handmade items are time-consuming, please be patient. 💁🏻 Please send a photo of your key fob for verification before ordering. If an incorrect item is ordered due to a failure to verify with a photo, and you attempt to force your key into the case, causing deformation or damage, we will not accept returns or exchanges. **1. The light color is prone to showing dirt and manufacturing marks, with more visible natural grain patterns. Specify Hot Stamping Content in Order Notes** Hot stamping is done using movable type. English letters can be freely arranged, while Chinese characters use a fixed font. __Numbers cannot be hot stamped. Please inquire with the designer about the feasibility of mixed stamping.__ Uppercase letters are 4mm high, lowercase letters are 3mm high. Due to the difficulty in achieving perfectly uniform heat distribution from the hot stamping machine, especially with many or long characters, or all uppercase letters, the gold foil may peel. This is an unavoidable aspect of the process. Please consider your chosen text carefully if this is a concern. 2. The hot stamping add-on covers the cost for a single line of stamping only. It does not include the back or multiple lines. 3. This product is made to order. Production and shipping times vary depending on the size and quantity of items. Generally, items are shipped within 10 business days, excluding weekends. 4. Natural grain patterns are inherent to leather and may include marks from the cow's life, such as scars or insect bites. Please order only if you accept these natural variations. 5. All product photos are actual representations. However, color variations may occur due to differences in computer monitors and lighting. The actual product color is the final reference. 6. Handmade items may show slight imperfections characteristic of handcrafting, unlike factory-produced items.
