8. The event is successful: The minimum number of people in a group for this event is four. 【Cancellation method】
1. Notice to cancel the order 7 days before the course start date (not including the course start date) and get a full refund
2. If you cancel the order 6 days to 4 days before the course start date (excluding the course start date), 50% of the paid amount will be refunded
3. Cancellation of orders will not be accepted from 3 days before the course start date to the same day, and no refund will be given
4. If participants terminate their participation in the event due to factors that are not the responsibility of the organizer, no refund will be given.
5. If the event is canceled due to force majeure factors such as natural disasters, we will proactively contact you for an extension or refund.
[How to change the date]
The date can be changed from 6 days to 4 days before the course start date (excluding the course start date), but the change can only be made once, and only for activities of the same organizer; if there is a price difference after the change, the excess fee will be refunded; the fee after the rescheduling The event does not accept cancellations
Date changes will not be accepted from 3 days before the course start date to the same day; if you want to increase the number of trial participants, you can inquire 1 day before the course start date, and the number of trial participants cannot be reduced.
