Workshop Description
Notes
**| Important Notes |**
*For both pottery wheel and hand-building courses, it is recommended to trim your fingernails to avoid interfering with shaping and scratching the clay body.
*After shaping, pottery requires natural drying, bisque firing, glazing, and high-temperature firing. These processes are handled by the instructor and typically take 4-6 weeks. You will be notified to pick up your finished pieces at the studio. If shipping is required, postage will be charged separately. We use protective packaging such as bubble wrap, with a small box packaging fee of NT.50. However, we are not responsible for any damage incurred during transit.
*Students may choose from the studio's glaze colors, and the instructor will apply the glaze on their behalf.
*There are many uncontrollable factors during the kiln firing process. Pieces made by beginners are particularly prone to imperfections. Risks of cracking or shattering during bisque and high-temperature firing exist, and refunds will not be provided.
**| Leave of Absence Policy |**
*Courses are by appointment only. For personal leave, please provide at least 1 day's notice. Make-up classes or transfers can be arranged within one month; no refunds will be issued for failure to comply with the policy.
*If a student cancels a course temporarily due to unforeseen circumstances, make-up classes or transfers can be arranged within 90 days.
*In case of natural disasters or force majeure preventing attendance, you may opt for a make-up class or transfer. Those who cancel in advance according to the policy are eligible for a full refund.
