1. Understanding of sake culture: from the history and culture of sake to the introduction of seasonal autumn wine
2. Basic introduction to sake: Understand the basic concepts of Japanese sake production from raw materials to brewing.
3. SSI’s Sake Classification: Learn to distinguish the aroma and taste of sake.
4. Sake tasting skills: teaching and skills on drinking and wine vessel selection.
5. Practical tasting of four kinds of sake: Practice drinking and communication through four kinds of autumn wine.
