• If you are unable to attend after payment or need to reschedule, please contact us at least "3 days in advance" to arrange a new course time.
• Rescheduling is limited to sessions within "2 months." If you cannot find a suitable time, please opt for a refund.
• For refunds, please contact us and provide your bank account details and name. Refunds will be processed via bank transfer.
• As instructors prepare materials and the venue in advance, refunds and rescheduling are not accepted on the "day of the class." Failure to attend will be considered a forfeiture of the course.
• In case of force majeure events (typhoons, heavy rain, etc.) or government-mandated work/school closures, we will proactively notify all participants. The affected courses will be rescheduled, transferred, or fully refunded.
