▶ Ticket Purchase & Class Policy
1. Upon placing your order, you will receive an "E-ticket Notification" email.
2. If you select a laser-engraved option and have confirmed your engraving details, please specify them in the "Message to Designer" section.
3. Your registration is complete only after a store associate from your chosen experience location contacts you to confirm your reservation date and seat availability.
4. Due to material preparation, please book your class at least 3 days in advance after completing your order and payment.
5. ART64 Design Museum can provide a unified receipt. If you require a company receipt with a Tax ID, please provide the company name and Tax ID in the "Message to Designer" section.
6. Refunds will not be issued if the activity is canceled due to reasons not attributable to ART64.
7. In case of class suspension due to natural disasters or other force majeure events, we will proactively contact you to arrange a rescheduling or a refund.
