**▶ A Gentle Reminder**
1. As paint can be difficult to remove from clothing, the studio provides aprons. To protect your attire, please avoid wearing clothing with overly wide sleeves or precious fabrics. Let's keep you looking as graceful as a butterfly in flight.
2. Food and drink are not permitted indoors during epidemic prevention periods.
3. Our studio operates on a small-group basis to avoid crowding. Please wear a mask indoors during epidemic prevention periods.
⚠ In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, Chu Pin Creative Studio complies with the epidemic command center's regulations on indoor capacity limits. We disinfect all items, tables, and chairs before and after classes, and inform customers accordingly.

⚠ If the epidemic situation changes or escalates to Level 3 after you place your order, you may choose to attend the class as scheduled or postpone it. We will reschedule for a later date, prioritizing your safety amidst the epidemic! Classes during Level 3 can also be fully refunded, so please don't worry.

**▶ Registration Process & Rules**
1. Please complete your order according to the process, including the number of participants and desired time slot.
2. In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as typhoons or natural disasters that prevent the class from being held, the government's announcements will prevail. The closure and refund standards announced for the event location will be the basis for class commencement and refunds. Students will be notified of class cancellation no later than the day before the course, and alternative make-up class sessions will be provided.
3. It is recommended that children aged 12 and under be accompanied by one parent to complete the course together. Only ticket holders may participate; non-ticket holders are not permitted to accompany or join the activity.
4. Entry will be permitted 10 minutes before the event. To ensure a smooth experience, please be punctual. Late arrivals exceeding 30 minutes will not be admitted and will not be eligible for a refund.
5. The organizer may take photos during the experiential activity as needed and upload them to official social media channels after the event. In the future, the organizer may use photos and images containing your likeness for event documentation or other promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform a staff member at the event, and we will make special arrangements.
**▶ Refund Policy** (A handling fee of NT$50 will be charged for all refunds)
1. Cancellations notified 7 days or more before the class date (excluding the day itself) will receive a 100% refund of the activity fee.
2. Cancellations notified between 7 days and 4 days before the class date (excluding the day itself) will receive a 50% refund of the activity fee.
3. Cancellations notified within 3 days before the class date (excluding the day itself) will not be eligible for any refund of the activity fee.
**▶ When Visiting the Studio, Please Ensure You Adhere to the Following**
1. Complete the real-name contact tracing via SMS.
2. Upon entering, please cooperate with temperature measurement. Temperatures exceeding 37.5°C will prevent entry, and you will be asked to return home to rest.
3. Please wear a mask at all times when entering the classroom and maintain an appropriate distance from others.
4. Alcohol and hand sanitizer are available for hand disinfection.
5. We are currently unable to serve students who have had contact with confirmed cases, have relevant travel history, or exhibit symptoms of respiratory infections.
6. If the epidemic situation changes or escalates after you place your order, you may choose to attend the class as scheduled or postpone it. Classes during Level 3 can also be fully refunded.
