* Registration is confirmed upon completion of payment. * A 15-minute grace period is allowed on the day of the class. If you are more than 15 minutes late without prior notification, it will be considered a no-show, and no refund will be issued. * If you need to reschedule due to force majeure or personal reasons, please message the official LINE account of Hao Ci Floral Art (@igc8211f) the day before the class to discuss rescheduling. One reschedule is permitted. * If Hao Ci Floral Art Studio must cancel a class due to force majeure and rescheduling cannot be agreed upon with the student, a full refund will be provided. * Each class is expected to last 2-3 hours, depending on the complexity of the arrangement. We recommend not scheduling tight appointments immediately afterward. * Preserved flowers and everlasting flowers are natural materials; variations in color, texture, and size are inherent to their natural beauty and are not considered defects. The process of creative expression ensures each piece is unique. * During the class, the instructor may take photos of the crafting process and the finished bouquet (please inform us in advance if you prefer not to be photographed). These images may be used for future brand promotion. * To maintain preserved flowers, keep them in a dry, well-ventilated environment and avoid direct sunlight. They can last for 1-3 years.
