Since measurement methods vary across design studios, and factors such as the number of embellishments, clasp type (toggle, elastic, or with extension chain), and sizing calculations differ, we kindly ask you to remeasure your wrist circumference using the method below and provide us with the measurement in centimeters, along with the desired amount of looseness in centimeters. __※ If the item is a gift and you are unable to ascertain the size, or if you require a size not listed in the options, please contact the designer before placing your order.__ __**How to Measure Your Wrist Circumference:**__ 1. Measurements within this design studio are taken by wrapping a measuring tool around the wrist. You can use a tailor's tape measure. If you don't have one, you can substitute it with a strip of paper about 1.5cm wide. After wrapping it around your wrist, measure its length with a ruler. 2. Please do not use thread or string for measurement, as these materials are thinner and softer, which can lead to measuring a smaller size than actual. 3. When measuring, start from the 0 cm mark. Simply lay the measuring tape or paper strip flat against your wrist without pulling too tight or too loose. 4. Position the measuring tool flat against the back of your wrist, just behind the prominent wrist bone, to obtain your wrist circumference in centimeters. 5. Add the desired allowance for looseness, typically around 1-2 cm! Based on this method: - Allowance of 1 cm: A snug fit, but may be difficult to clasp yourself. - Allowance of 1.5 cm: A moderate fit, with about the width of a pinky finger inside the bracelet. - Allowance of 2 cm: A looser fit, the bracelet will move with your arm's motion. ※ We recommend an allowance of at least 1.5 cm for ease of self-fastening. 6. You can gently slide the measuring tape or tool back and forth to check for looseness or tightness. The measurement is considered correct when the tape does not slip off your wrist while your arm is hanging naturally. 7. We will create the item based on the data you provide. The total length of the finished product is calculated from the opening of the clasp to the end of the '8' shaped ring. __**Example: If your wrist circumference measured using the method above is 14 cm + desired allowance of 1.5 cm = 15.5 cm, then select the custom size: Total length from clasp opening to the end of the '8' shaped ring: 15.5 cm. Depending on how they are worn (e.g., due to the acidity and saltiness of sweat, body oils, humid environments) and exposure to chemical substances (e.g., hand cream, cosmetics, skincare products, sunscreen, perfume, cleaning agents), oxidation may occur. Avoid wearing the jewelry while bathing, exercising, or visiting hot springs, and avoid prolonged contact with the aforementioned chemical substances to prevent excessive wear that may become irreversible. The degree of oxidation depends on the wearer's habits. Proper care can help maintain the lustrous gold appearance for a longer period. Not removing the jewelry for bathing, neglecting daily cleaning and maintenance, or frequent contact with chemicals will accelerate the oxidation process, which varies from person to person. It is also important to avoid waiting until the jewelry has oxidized and blackened before cleaning it. ‧ Fading and oxidation caused by prolonged wear of plated alloy materials cannot be restored.
