▼ Upon approval, a payment notice will be sent to your email. Failure to pay within 3 days will result in cancellation.
▼ After payment, an event pre-notification will be sent 3 days prior to the event.
▼ If you do not receive the payment or pre-notification, please contact us via official Line chat (bottom right of the website).
▼ If you are unable to attend on the event day, please call to inform us. No-shows will be blacklisted.
▼ Please provide truthful information during registration. Any false information will be the registrant's legal responsibility.
Safety Assurance
● Identity verification will be conducted at the event check-in. Participants without ID, found to be non-individuals, or not single will forfeit their participation and registration fee. (Real-name verification)
● Male participants will be asked to present a work ID or proof of employment prior to the event to confirm eligibility. (Real-name verification)
● Participants may use nicknames during the event to maintain privacy. (Anonymous participation)
● You can specify in the remarks section anyone you'd prefer not to meet (e.g., colleagues), and we will try to accommodate this.
● Personal information will not be disclosed during the event to ensure privacy.
Other Notes
I. Cancellation Policy:
▼ Cancellations notified 7 days or more before the event (excluding the event day) will receive a 90% refund.
▼ Cancellations notified 4 to 6 days before the event (excluding the event day) will receive a 50% refund.
▼ Cancellations notified within 3 days of the event or on the event day are non-refundable.
▼ Participation withdrawal during the event due to reasons not attributable to the organizer will not be refunded.
▼ In case of force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters), rescheduling or refunds will be arranged.
▼ If the event is canceled due to reasons attributable to the organizer, a full refund will be issued.
II. Date or Event Changes:
▼ Changes to dates or other events can be made up to 4 days before the event (excluding the event day). This option is limited to one change per registration.
▼ If there is a price difference after changing dates or events, the difference will be refunded or paid accordingly.
▼ Once a date or event has been changed, cancellations are not permitted.
▼ Changes to dates or events are not accepted within 3 days of the event.
III. Electronic invoices will be emailed after the event. Winners of lucky draws will be notified separately. If a three-part invoice is required, please note this during registration.
