**Carefully Selected Materials**
We use specially scented blended essential oils, paired with dried flowers in various colors, baby's breath, canary grass, and selected dried leaves. Once completed, the soap is strung with a delicate leather cord. Due to the essential oils, if not used for washing, it can be placed in a wardrobe or any area needing a touch of fragrance for a lovely aromatic effect!

▶ Important Notes
・If registering the day before or on the day of the class, please contact us to confirm if the class has commenced before registering.
・After completing your order and checkout, your purchase details serve as your registration confirmation. No physical tickets will be issued. Please report directly to the venue at the scheduled time; no separate SMS or pre-class notifications will be sent.
・Orders that are not checked out are considered incomplete registrations. Once a class is full, enrollment will be closed immediately, and incomplete orders will not be added to the participant list.
・If you are unable to attend or wish to reschedule after payment, please contact us via our fan page or call (02) 2371-4171 at least 3 days in advance. The refund policy is as follows:
- According to Article 9, Paragraph 1, Item 4 of the "Compulsory Education Act" and Article 33 of the "Regulations for Short-Term Tutoring Classes" announced by the Executive Yuan's Consumer Protection Committee:
A. For refund requests submitted sixty days before the class starts, 95% of the total actual payment will be refunded.
B. For refund requests submitted between fifty-nine days and eight days before the class starts, 90% of the total actual payment will be refunded.
C. For refund requests submitted between seven days and one day before the class starts, 80% of the total actual payment will be refunded.
- Rescheduling is permitted for classes within the next 2 months, provided you actively inform us of your chosen session. Failure to do so will be considered forfeiture. If you cannot accommodate the rescheduling times, please opt for a refund.
- On the day of the class, as materials and venue arrangements have been prepared, no refunds or rescheduling will be accepted. No-shows will be considered forfeiture.
- To protect the rights of other participants, those who arrive 15 minutes or more after the scheduled start time will be considered forfeiture.
- For refunds, please contact us and provide your bank account number and name. Refunds will be processed via cash transfer.
・Participants must be 10 years of age or older to register for this event.
・Only ticket holders may participate. Unpaid companions are not permitted to attend or participate, unless a child requires a parent's assistance to complete the activity independently, or in special cases requiring parent-child participation. Please contact the venue in advance for any such exceptions.
・If the number of registered participants for a session is less than 6 two days prior to the event start date, xiabenhow reserves the right to cancel the session and offer a reschedule or a full refund.
・Please arrive on time for the event. To ensure a smooth experience, please avoid being late.
・Participants must adhere to the venue rules and follow the instructor's guidance.
・In case of force majeure events such as natural disasters, xiabenhow will proactively contact participants for rescheduling or refunds.
・The organizer may take photos and videos during the event for documentation and promotional purposes on xiabenhow's social media channels. Photos and videos containing your likeness may be used for event records or other recruitment and promotional activities in the future.
・If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform a staff member at the event, and we will make special arrangements.
