**Carefully Selected Materials**
We use specially blended essential oils, complemented by dried flowers in various colors, such as baby's breath and canary grass, along with carefully chosen dried leaves. Once completed, the soap is strung with a delicate leather cord. Due to the use of essential oils, it can also be placed in closets or any area where you desire a lingering scent when not in use!

・Transportation: Take the Red Line MRT to "Aozihdi Station," Exit 3. Walk approximately 6 minutes along Bo'ai 2nd Road. Turn right onto Mingcheng 2nd Road. You will see "Luigi Electric Company Kaohsiung Branch" across the street. The entrance to the handcrafting classroom is next to "MU MARS Maker Space." Walk straight to the end, take the elevator to the fifth floor.

▶ Important Notes
・If registering the day before or on the day of the class, please contact us to confirm if the session is proceeding before registering.
・After completing your order and checkout, your purchase receipt serves as your registration confirmation. No physical tickets will be issued. Please report directly to the venue at the scheduled time; no additional SMS or pre-class notifications will be sent.
・Orders that are not checked out are considered incomplete registrations. Slots will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Unpaid orders will not be added to the participant list.
・If you are unable to attend or wish to reschedule after payment, please contact us via our fan page or call (02) 2371-4171 at least 3 days in advance. The refund policy is as follows:
・Refunds are subject to Article 9, Paragraph 1, Item 4 of the "Compulsory Education Act" and Article 33 of the "Regulations for Short-Term Tutoring Classes," as promulgated by the Executive Yuan Consumer Protection Committee.
A. For refund requests submitted 60 days or more before the class start date, 95% of the actual paid fee will be refunded.
B. For refund requests submitted between 59 and 8 days before the class start date, 90% of the actual paid fee will be refunded.
C. For refund requests submitted between 7 and 1 day before the class start date, 80% of the actual paid fee will be refunded.
・Rescheduling is permitted for sessions within the next 2 months. Please proactively inform us of your preferred session. Failure to do so will be considered forfeiture. If you cannot accommodate the rescheduled time, please opt for a refund.
・For cancellations or rescheduling on the day of the class, no refunds or postponements will be accepted, as workshop materials and arrangements will already be in place. Participants who do not show up will be considered to have forfeited their spot.
・To ensure the rights of other participants, anyone arriving more than 15 minutes late after the scheduled start time will be considered to have forfeited their spot.
・For refunds, please contact us and provide your bank account details, including account name and number. Refunds will be processed via bank transfer.
・Participants must be 10 years of age or older to register for this event.
・Only ticket holders are permitted to participate. Non-ticket holders may not accompany participants or join the activity, unless a child requires parental assistance to complete the activity independently, or in special cases where parent-child participation is approved. Please contact the venue in advance for any special arrangements.
・If the number of registered participants for a session is less than 6 two days prior to the event, xiabenhow reserves the right to cancel the session and offer a rescheduling or a full refund.
・Please arrive on time for the event. To ensure a smooth experience, please avoid being late.
・Participants must adhere to the rules of the venue and follow the instructions of the instructor.
・In the event of force majeure, such as natural disasters, xiabenhow will proactively contact participants to arrange for rescheduling or a refund.
・The organizer may take photos and videos during the experience for documentation and promotional purposes on xiabenhow's social media channels. By participating, you consent to the use of your image in such materials.
・If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform a staff member at the venue, and we will make the necessary arrangements.
