【Workshop Process】
● Select your design → Our artisan will provide on-site instruction, guiding you through the beauty of traditional craftsmanship.
The workshop includes engraving, with options for English letters, numbers, and patterns (certain designs cannot be engraved).
How to measure ring size as a gift?
● Measuring method: Take a piece of thread (sewing thread) and wrap it around the finger where the ring will be worn, ensuring a comfortable fit.
Then, straighten the thread and measure its length in centimeters with a ruler, referring to the size chart.
● Inform our studio staff of your approximate height and weight. The ring can be adjusted at the studio after completion.

★ 999 Sterling Silver is hypoallergenic and can be worn during showers. Depending on individual body chemistry (pH balance), the rate of oxidation varies. Tarnished silver can be restored to its original shine by cleaning with toothpaste/silver polish/a polishing cloth, making it easy to maintain.

**Care Instructions**
• When not wearing your jewelry, clean it and store it in a sealed bag or jewelry box.
• Avoid wearing silver chains in hot springs, as this can cause tarnishing.
**How to Use Care Accessories**
★ To restore blackened sterling silver, simply use a soft-bristled toothbrush with a small amount of toothpaste and water. Gently brush, then rinse thoroughly to restore shine.
Dry the jewelry with a cloth or a hairdryer.
Use with a polishing cloth to restore the silver's luster, making it look like new. The polishing cloth
is for daily maintenance; wipe the metal surface.
★ Silver Polishing Solution
1. Dip the silver jewelry into the solution for 3 to 5 seconds.
2. Remove the jewelry from the solution and rinse thoroughly with plenty of water.
3. Dry the jewelry with a cloth or a hairdryer.
4. Use with a polishing cloth to restore the silver's luster, making it look like new.
**Important: Do not immerse jewelry with an oxidized black finish into silver polishing solution, as this will remove the black patina and revert it to its original silver color.**

**Classes can be scheduled for one person and are by appointment only.**
● To protect your rights, any rescheduling or cancellation requests after confirming your workshop registration must be made at least three days prior to the class.
No refunds will be issued for same-day cancellations or no-shows. You may transfer the value to another product or workshop.
● Samples are available for trying on at the studio. Exchanges for designs of the same price are accepted (subject to available materials).
Upgrades to higher-priced designs are possible with a price difference payment. No refunds will be issued for exchanges to lower-priced designs.
● Due to space limitations, please inquire about classroom availability if you wish to bring a companion.
● Please arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your scheduled class time for check-in and trying on samples to avoid delays and ensure everyone's rights.
● Each participant will be provided with a set of tools and materials. The instructor will first demonstrate and then guide you step-by-step through the process.
If a finished piece has irreparable flaws due to the participant not following instructions, a new set of materials will require a separate purchase.
● The workshop duration is approximately 1.5 to 2 hours, varying with design complexity. Completed pieces can be taken on the same day.
**★ Due to current pandemic measures, masks must be worn to enter.**
★ During the workshop, please adhere to the instructor's safety guidelines for equipment operation.
Female participants may need to tie back their hair with a hair tie or clip for safety.
**Any consequences arising from continued non-compliance with safety rules after warnings will be the participant's responsibility.**
★ In the event of a typhoon or other natural disaster on your scheduled class date, classes will be postponed for safety reasons in accordance with government directives, and a new date will be arranged.
