📍 We offer hot stamping in English and a limited selection of Chinese characters (refer to the illustration below). We do not offer stamping of "numbers" or "symbols." If you require special stamping, please message the designer to discuss. 📍 All keys will feel slightly stiff when first placed in the leather case due to the added thickness. They will soften and become more comfortable to use over time. Please consider this before ordering. 📍 Key case styles can vary depending on the "purchase year" and "owner's selected options" for each car model. Please send a photo of your key for verification before placing an order. __Ordering Process__ 💁🏻 Production begins only after your order is placed. Items will be shipped within 10 business days, excluding weekends, starting from the day after your order. Each additional item may require an extra 3-5 business days. Please ensure you are comfortable with the timeframe before ordering. The product is made using a wet-molding technique, which requires 2-4 days for air-drying. While surface imperfections may not be obvious when the leather is flat, they can become more pronounced once molded into a three-dimensional shape. If significant flaws are found, the piece will be remade. If an incorrect item is ordered due to a failure to verify with a photo, and you attempt to force your key into the case, causing deformation or damage, returns or exchanges will not be accepted. **1. Its light color is prone to showing dirt and manufacturing marks, with more visible natural grain patterns. Specify Hot Stamping Content in Order Notes** Hot stamping is done using movable type. English letters can be freely arranged. Chinese characters use a fixed font. __Numbers cannot be stamped. Please inquire with the designer about the feasibility of mixed stamping.__ Uppercase letters are 4mm high, lowercase letters are 3mm high. Due to the difficulty in achieving perfectly uniform heat distribution with the hot stamping machine, especially with many or long characters, or all uppercase letters, the gold foil may peel off. This is an unavoidable aspect. Please consider the content carefully before deciding. 2. The hot stamping add-on service covers only one line of text. It does not include stamping on the back or multiple lines. 3. This product is made to order. Production and shipping times vary depending on the size and quantity of the item. Typically, items are shipped within 10 business days, excluding weekends. 4. Leather possesses natural grain patterns. It may exhibit marks from the cow's life, such as scars or insect bites, acquired during its growth. Please proceed with the order only if you accept these natural characteristics. 5. All product photos are actual representations. However, color variations may occur due to computer monitor settings and lighting conditions. The actual product color is the final reference. 6. Handmade items may show slight imperfections inherent to the crafting process and cannot achieve the flawless finish of factory-made products.
