During high-temperature firing, brown spots or burn marks may occur, and some spots may only appear after washing. These are not rust and changes in appearance do not affect safety or usability. - This product is manufactured using safe methods; we use food-grade oil as a lubricant for stamping, with no acid pickling treatment. As there is no electroplating or coating, fine scratches, pinholes, or sand holes may appear on the surface; these are normal phenomena that cannot be completely avoided with safe manufacturing methods and are not defects. - The logo is created using high-temperature laser energy, causing a natural color change on the pure titanium surface. It is not a coating or a print, making it safe, durable, and attractive. Additional Notes: - Marks generated by high-temperature firing will gradually fade or disappear with frequent use. - Sand holes and minor scratches are normal phenomena that cannot be entirely avoided during the manufacturing process. - Water marks and stains remaining after washing are a characteristic of pure titanium metal and are normal. 【Cleaning and Characteristic Notes】 1. For the first cleaning, wash thoroughly with neutral detergent multiple times. You may also use a paper towel dipped in edible oil to wipe the surface several times to easily remove any remaining gray titanium powder from the manufacturing process, then wash with neutral detergent. Since edible oil is used in stamping and no acid pickling is performed, some gray titanium powder residue is unavoidable; this is a non-toxic pure titanium process, so it is safe to scrub. 2. If there are burn marks or stubborn residue, use the coarse side of a sponge or a soft steel brush to gently scrub. 3. If the surface color is brushed off or the original color is revealed, rest assured that because it is not a coating, the pure titanium is safe and non-toxic, containing no heavy metals, and the tableware remains safe to scrub. 4. Do not soak in reducing acid-based cleaners (such as stain remover powder or hydrogen peroxide) or sodium percarbonate, as this will remove the color and luster of the titanium, which cannot be restored. 【Characteristic Notes】 1. Pure titanium is sensitive to temperature and stress release. For items like lunch boxes, containers, or square pots, you may notice food stains, large purple-blue patches after steaming, or brown patches after washing (not rust, as pure titanium does not rust). These occur due to the metal's properties or our pre-firing process. They do not affect safety and will fade or disappear with normal use. 2. Square-shaped tableware is more prone to stress, resulting in more pronounced color changes and higher susceptibility to brown patches. 3. Exposure to temperatures above 250°C in an oven or direct gas flame may cause purple-blue color changes. The color will not disappear, but it does not affect safety. 4. Large, flat surfaces are more prone to warping when exposed to direct gas flames. 5. Pure titanium tends to retain water stains, which is a metal characteristic. If you prefer, wipe dry immediately after washing to avoid water stains. 【Appliances】 Single-layer titanium tableware can be used for heating; double-layer items are not suitable for heating. Dish dryer - Suitable: If oils like olive oil are not fully washed off, blue-purple powder may appear during drying; this is dried oil and will disappear once cleaned. Dishwasher - Suitable: Some detergents containing sodium percarbonate may leave water stains, which do not affect safety. Gas stove - Direct flame is acceptable: Do not heat empty; use low to medium heat. Rice cooker, air fryer, ceramic cooktop, electric ceramic heater - Suitable Oven - Suitable: If color changes occur due to high temperatures, it is a physical characteristic of titanium and remains safe to use. Microwave - Not suitable: Ineffective. Induction cooker - Not suitable: Hardly conductive.
