For the first wash, use a regular neutral detergent and wash several times. You can also use a paper towel dipped in edible oil to wipe the surface a few times to easily remove any residual gray titanium powder from the processing. Afterwards, wash with a neutral detergent. As edible oil is used for pressing and no acid pickling is performed, residual gray titanium powder is unavoidable. If there are burnt marks or stubborn residue, you can gently scrub with the coarser side of a sponge or a soft steel wool. 3. Do not soak with decolorizing agents, hydrogen peroxide, or percarbonate cleaners, as these will alter and irreversibly damage the color and luster of the titanium. 【Characteristics】 1. When heating bento boxes, fresh-keeping containers, or square pots for the first time, or after washing, food stains or large purple-blue patches may appear. Temperatures above 250 degrees Celsius in an oven or direct flame on a gas stove may cause purple-blue variations. These colors will not disappear but do not affect safe usage. 4. Large flat surfaces are more prone to warping when exposed to direct flame on a gas stove. 5. Pure titanium easily retains water marks, which is a characteristic of the metal.
