Notes for Experiencing Activity Registration: To maintain the quality of the activity and your rights, please read the following information carefully. Placing an order signifies your agreement to the terms below.
1. After the work is completed, you must bring your own bag to carry it. In consideration of environmental protection, our store does not provide bags. If you need a paper bag, the purchase fee on-site is NT.10 per bag.
2. Weather Impact: In case of unpredictable natural disasters such as typhoons or earthquakes, the organizer reserves the right to reschedule or change the content of the experience.
3. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made within 72 hours prior to the activity will incur a 20% fee for the forfeited spot. Cancellations on the day of the activity are non-refundable (if there are unavoidable reasons, providing relevant proof may allow for rescheduling or a full refund).
4. If you are unable to arrive at your scheduled time on the day of the activity, you may call (02-23082005) to inquire about other available times. If you do not show up, it will be considered as completing the activity, and no refund will be issued!
5. One participant is allowed a maximum of one companion. If the number of companions exceeds the number of participants, the organizer may charge a venue fee (please be sure to leave a message in the remarks section when placing your order regarding the number of companions for seating arrangements).
