Precautions
1. The event adopts a customized reservation system. Please pay special attention not to be late to avoid affecting your own rights.
2. Taiwanese passengers please carry your ID card or health insurance card with you, and foreign passengers please carry your passport with you.
3. In the event of weather, temporary accidents and other force majeure factors, the supplier has the right to cancel the event based on safety considerations. In this case, you can choose to receive a partial refund or reschedule for free.
4. Outdoor activities are easily affected by the weather. When the actual departure time is due to changes in weather conditions, the coach may temporarily modify the itinerary, and some projects may be moved indoors or replaced with other experience projects. Passenger safety will be our first consideration, and we apologize for any inconvenience caused.
5. To ensure the safety and smooth progress of this activity, please always follow the instructions of the coach. If you do not listen to the dissuasion, the coach has the right to immediately suspend the activity without refund in order to avoid accidents. We will not be responsible for any accidents that occur if you do not follow the advice!
6. Meals can be vegetarian or vegan, please inform your requirements when booking. Vegetarian meals cannot be provided at short notice.
Cancellation policy
Organizer cancellation policy:
(1) If the Central Meteorological Administration issues a land typhoon warning, the trip will be canceled and a full refund will be issued.
Consumer Return Policy:
(1) If canceled 2 days before the event, you can get a full refund or free rescheduling. (For example, an event on July 6 can be fully refunded or rescheduled for free on July 4; the rescheduling is limited to one time and the second cancellation or change cannot be accepted and must be used up in the current year. If due to force majeure, Such as earthquakes or typhoons, etc., you can switch to other levels without time limit.)
(2) No cancellations will be accepted 1 day before the event, and no refund will be given.
(3) No refunds or rescheduling will be accepted on the event day. If the guest does not arrive or is late and the event cannot be held normally, the guest will be responsible for it.
If you need to change the tier (date and time period) due to personal factors, you can only change it once, and please inform us in advance (temporary tier changes will no longer be accepted 3 days before the event). If due to force majeure factors, such as earthquakes or typhoons, you can switch to other levels without time limit.
