I will carefully place the hair you send into a silver bezel, then gently encase it in a milky, semi-translucent chalcedony. Around the chalcedony, a circle of tiny silver beads — like little stars — symbolizes your beloved companion watching over you from the skies. Each piece is truly one of a kind. The hair’s color, pattern, the chalcedony’s shape, size, and translucency — these will all vary naturally depending on your pet, making every piece as unique as the story it tells. If you’re willing, let me use my hands to preserve this tender promise for you. ✧ Personalized Video ✧ I will film a short video capturing the process of embedding your pet’s hair, so you can keep a visual memory of this precious moment. 【CUSTOM ORDER NOTES】 • This piece uses milky semi-translucent chalcedony. The effect will vary depending on hair color:  ➤ Dark-colored fur: For example, black fur will appear bluish-purple after setting. ➤ Light-colored fur: For example, orange fur will appear pink after setting. • Each item is handmade. The shape, size, and color of the chalcedony will differ slightly. The arrangement and size of the “stars” (silver beads) will also vary depending on the stone. These details make your piece unique and truly personal. • Please fill in the customization details in the order notes before submitting your order. 【HOW TO SEND YOUR PET’S HAIR】 After placing your order, I will send you the shipping address via message. Please prepare a small amount of hair (approx. 2cm in length), clean and dry, and pack it in a paper envelope or ziplock bag. We recommend using registered mail or convenience store-to-store delivery to prevent loss. Production will take approximately 1–2 weeks after I receive the hair. Let’s share ideas and discover resonance through art. 【CARE INSTRUCTIONS】 Polished Gold / Silver / Blackened Silver Use the provided polishing cloth or a soft abrasive (like silver polish or toothpaste) to clean the surface. Oxidized Black Silver No special care is needed. The silver will naturally brighten over time with wear. If you’d like to restore the black finish, use sulfur solution or soak briefly in a sulfur hot spring. Matte Gold / Matte White Silver / Matte Black Silver / Matte Copper These are treated with anti-oxidation wax. No special care needed. The brushed texture may gradually polish to a shine with wear. To restore the matte look, gently scrub with a scouring pad (with or against the grain). Gold Leaf / Gold Paint Remove before showering. Avoid scratching with sharp objects. Enamel / Gemstone These won’t oxidize. Do not use abrasive cloths. To clean, gently rub with dish soap using your fingers, then dry with a soft cloth. Repairs & Resizing You're welcome to return your piece for free maintenance. Please include NT$50 for return shipping, and I’ll send it back after repairs.
