Unlike seemingly flawless PU or patent leather, vegetable-tanned leather is natural and eco-friendly. It retains the unique patterns and marks from the cow's life, such as scars, insect marks, growth lines, and veins. These are not defects. Minor indentations and scratches during processing, shipping, and production are also considered normal within acceptable limits, provided the leather surface is not damaged. In respect for life and natural materials, we do not (and cannot) completely avoid these marks, except for significant damage. Please consider carefully if you are concerned. Furthermore, as time passes and with different usage habits, the leather will develop its own patina, deepen in color, and gain a unique sheen, gradually showing a personalized appearance. This is the characteristic of vegetable-tanned leather, making each piece uniquely charming. **/ Color /** Firstly, screen displays have color differences. Additionally, even within the same brand, leather colors can vary between different batches due to varying inventory and storage times. Even on the same hide, different areas may absorb dye differently. Colors will not be consistent between repeat orders. Please refer to the actual product. **/ About Customization /** (No appreciation period. No returns or exchanges) This item is made to order. Please specify your customization requests, such as "stitching color" and "embossing text and font," at the time of order. If no specifications are provided at checkout, you agree to have the "stitching color" selected by the designer and the "embossing text" left blank. As each order is "customized," it cannot be resold to others. The finished product cannot have its stitching changed or text re-embossed. Therefore, unless there is a manufacturing error in the specifications, our "customized products" are not eligible for an appreciation period. We also do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason (such as too loose/too tight, rough leather/workmanship, inaccurate color, poor texture, not meeting expectations, etc.).
