In Hong Kong's yum cha culture, "dim sum" also plays a significant role. As a Hong Kong artisan, I felt inspired to recreate these beloved treats. For this collection, I've crafted some approachable and popular dim sum items, such as Shrimp Dumplings, Shaomai, and Barbecued Pork Buns.
