The W Chunchi Project was initiated by Chunchi Glass, which has a history of more than 50 years, to explore the contradiction and symbiosis between "recycling" and "creation" and to give a new definition to sustainability.

**Taiwan Governor's Mansion Library Glass Cup**
The building and collection of books in the Library of the Governor's Mansion in Taiwan. The building was originally designated as the Lottery Bureau Hall. When it was completed in 1908, due to the suspension of lottery operations, it was converted to a museum affiliated with the Reproduction Bureau of the Ministry of Civil Affairs of the Governor-General of Taiwan. After the establishment of the Taiwan Governor's Mansion Library in 1914, the search for suitable buildings was initiated. Finally, the building was converted into a library and officially opened in 1915.
