「Material Description」
The products in the design hall are all made after strict inspection by designers.
The Gemstone are purchased from trusted merchants in the industry.
Silver materials are purchased from trusted merchants in the industry and manufacturers cooperate with us.
Electroplating processing uses jewelry electroplating and industrial electroplating.
If you have any questions about material allergies, you can ask the designer before placing an order.
Production time
Most of the products in the design hall are made after receiving orders. The Pinkoi computer version can show the shipping time. The ready goods will be shipped in 1-3 days. It takes 2-6 weeks to wait for production after receiving orders (excluding transportation time, national holidays and natural disasters).
If you want to get the jewelry earlier, please contact the designer before placing an order to see if the jewelry is in stock or if there is time to make it for you.
It takes longer for jewelry processed in factories.
Products processed by the factory: Wax sculptures, 3D printing, electroplating, engraving and other services...
In case of natural disasters and national holidays, the working hours will be extended and the factory will not work.
"Package"
1. Items with a unit price of more than 1,000 yuan will come in a jewelry box (if the unit price is less than 1,000 yuan, please purchase it separately).
2. Non-electroplated sterling silver products will come with a Silver cleaning cloth.
3. For environmental protection reasons, when purchasing multiple products, the simplest packaging will be used (if there are boxes, they will still be available). If separate packaging is required, please inform the designer.
