Here's how to order: 1. After placing your order, please message our studio. The artist will discuss the artwork details with you. Please provide clear, well-lit photos and discuss the desired canvas size and background. We recommend a canvas size of 27x22 cm, though other sizes are available with adjusted pricing. For a focus on the pet, a solid-colored background is suggested. You're also welcome to message the artist first to discuss your needs before placing an order! 2. Once confirmed, the painting process begins. Completion time varies depending on the artwork's complexity and size, so please be patient. 3. After the artwork is finished, the artist will send a photo for your review and discuss any necessary revisions. Significant alterations may incur an additional fee. 4. Upon final approval, the artist will sign the corner. The artwork will then be carefully packaged and shipped. Due to the nature of oil paints, please allow approximately one to two weeks after completion for the paint to dry before packaging and shipping. Please note the following when ordering: ***To accurately capture your pet's fur color, please ensure the photos provided match their actual fur color. You may also provide multiple reference photos for the artist. ***Each pet possesses unique characteristics that require careful rendering.
