As natural dyes are used, the color of the hair tie may vary slightly depending on when the indigo dyeing was commissioned. This hair tie was created by carving wood into a triangular shape. While simple in form, its generous size gives it a distinct presence. Each piece is hand-carved, resulting in subtle variations in shape, much like smooth stones found in a river. The hair ties are made from organic cotton and natural rubber, dyed a beautiful blue with indigo. To preserve the color, it's best to avoid direct sunlight during storage. KAEDE (Maple)・Pale in color with a matte texture where the grain is less prominent. It's a hard wood. KURUMI (Walnut)・A reddish-brown. This is Japanese walnut wood. HOO (Magnolia)・A greenish-gray.
