⚠️Customized products/meals/venues & personnel must be booked in advance. If there is a temporary cancellation within 2 weeks of the event date
The processing method is as follows:
1. It has been produced and cannot be refunded.
Payment is required as usual, and customized products and meals can be taken away by yourself
2. Refund for unproduced parts
The designer has proofread the draft or the ingredients have been purchased
The venue and personnel are vacant due to temporary cancellations
The above 50% fee for this item is the cancellation processing fee
3. If you add a host/photographer, the cancellation fee will be handled according to the host or photographer's regulations.
4. If the event is canceled due to force majeure (not personal factors), the event can be postponed, but refunds are not possible.
