If you wish to add more designs, you can purchase them additionally on this page and add them to your shopping cart. / Ordering Process 1. Add your desired product to the shopping cart (e.g., Canvas Beverage Carrier). 2. Select the base color for your product. 3. Find your preferred embroidery patch from the cloud gallery or our design shop. 4. Proceed to checkout and locate the "Message to Designer" field to leave your customization notes. Example Notes: 1. Canvas Beverage Carrier: Dark blue cup holder, yellow strap. Designs: Black cat + White cat, placed side-by-side in the center. 2. Blue Taiwan-shaped passport cover: Add bubble tea design in the bottom right corner. / Important Notes ⭐️ We occasionally have special offers and important announcements. Due to the extensive variety of embroidery designs, please provide clear options and use the exact names as in the title for custom products to avoid any misunderstandings. 2. Custom products are non-refundable once sold. 3. All our products are original, made in Taiwan, and processed and packaged by hand, piece by piece. If you encounter any issues upon receiving your order, please contact customer service within seven days. 4. We will process your order as quickly as possible. If there are any issues, our team will contact you. Please monitor your inbox to avoid delays in receiving your order. 5. If the shop is marked as closed, it means we are participating in other events or our team is on break. We may not be able to respond immediately, so please be patient. 6. Outer packaging and boxes are for product protection and may incur minor damage during shipping. If you require gift packaging, we are happy to provide an additional gift bag.
