Please 'proactively' contact the designer via message. 『Refund Conditions』 ・Refunds on the day of the experience due to 'lateness' or 'other last-minute reasons' are not accepted. ・No refunds or exchanges will be issued within 7 days before the event. ・Refunds requested 8 days or more before the event will receive a 70% refund. As designers must prepare materials in advance, a 30% handling fee (based on the total original price) will be charged for cancellations due to personal reasons to protect the designer's rights. ・Only ticket purchasers are eligible to participate.
