If you have concerns about material allergies, please inquire with the designer before placing an order. 「Production Time」 Most of the products in the design studio are made to order. The shipping time can be viewed on the Pinkoi desktop version. Ready-to-ship items are dispatched within 1-3 days. Made-to-order items require a waiting period of 2-6 weeks (excluding shipping time, public holidays, and natural disasters). If you need to receive the jewelry earlier, please contact the designer before placing an order to check for stock availability or if there is time to create it for you. Jewelry that undergoes factory processing requires more time. Products processed by the factory include: wax-carved items, 3D printed items, plated items, and other services such as engraving.
