This sweater was born from the collaboration between HOWHOUSE and TORINOCO. The design features "Bird and Flower," originally a mimeograph postcard artwork by TORINOCO, rendered in jacquard knit along the sides of the sweater. Manufactured in Gosen City, Niigata Prefecture — one of Japan's foremost knitwear-producing regions. Known as the "City of Knits," Gosen is recognized both domestically and internationally for its outstanding textile craftsmanship. This piece combines comfort, a soft hand feel, and a beautifully clean silhouette. Despite being a substantial jacquard knit, the sweater is as light and warm as a sweatshirt, making it ideal for everyday wear. This motif was originally created for a postcard, a medium meant for sending heartfelt messages.
