While we handle the leather with care, minor imperfections such as scratches, creases, indentations, or spots are normal and should not be considered defects.**
**Returns & Exchanges**
The following situations are not eligible for return or exchange:
1. Items that have been washed, used, or damaged due to personal reasons.
2. Items returned beyond the specified return period (within 7 days of customer receipt).
3. Certain sale items and gifts.
**Refunds**
If an item is damaged before use or if we ship an incorrect item, we will arrange the following:
A full refund of the product price and shipping costs to the customer's payment account.
Or
We will arrange for a replacement of the new item to be sent to you.
A refund of the product price to the customer's payment account.
**Exchanges**
Subject to availability, we accept one exchange for the same style (different size) only.
The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
We will arrange for the new item to be sent to you as a replacement.
If the product is out of stock, we will refund the customer's payment for the item.
