I polished the surface by sand paper many times, so the outline and surface is very smooth. Even you put it in the water, the surface would keep smooth, this is one of the feature of my product. It looks like orthodox shape, but I refined the details, so I can recommend to you. The color is deep black, the color of wood itself, so you don't have to worry about color transfer from food.
