Floral Arrangement Care: ● Preserved and dried flowers should be kept out of direct sunlight and away from water. Placed in a cool, dry environment, they can last for approximately two years. ● If dried flowers become damp or moldy, gently wipe them with alcohol. ● To remove dust, use a hairdryer on a low heat, low speed setting. ● The diffuser flowers are designed to absorb fragrance oil or perfume to release their aroma. Important Notes: ● This product is only available for delivery within Taiwan's main island (excluding airports and outlying islands). Orders to addresses that cannot be delivered to will be automatically canceled. ● All photos are of the actual product. However, due to the handmade nature and the unique form of each floral element, the final product may not be exactly identical to the photo. ● Dried flowers are inherently delicate. Some petal shedding during unboxing is normal and should be expected. Please consider this carefully before placing an order if you are a perfectionist. ● As floral materials are seasonal, if an item is out of stock, we will substitute it with appropriate floral elements while maintaining the overall color scheme and aesthetic. ● Dried and preserved flowers are natural materials.
