1. Upon placing your order, a "Digital Ticket Notification Email" will be sent.
2. For laser-engraved options, please specify your desired engraving content in the ["Message to Designer"] section after confirming your selection.
3. Your registration is complete only after a store associate from your chosen workshop location contacts you to confirm the reservation date and availability.
4. Material preparation is required after order confirmation and payment. Please book at least 3 days in advance.
5. ART64 Design Hall can provide a unified receipt. If a company receipt with a tax ID is required, please provide the company name and tax ID in the ["Message to Designer"] section.
6. Refunds will not be provided if the activity is canceled due to reasons not attributable to ART64.
7. In case of cancellation due to force majeure events such as natural disasters, rescheduling or refunds will be arranged proactively.
