2. Please arrive on time for your scheduled class. If you are unable to attend, please notify us in advance.
3. Refund Policy:
◆ For no-shows without prior notice, a 50% material fee will be deducted from the refund.
◆ Cancellations made within three days before the course will incur a deduction of the material fee, with the remainder refunded.
◆ Cancellations made four or more days before the course are eligible for a full refund.
4. In cases of refunds or course cancellations, all invoice adjustments will be handled by Hua Cao You Xi.
