The ash is then used to create a natural grey glaze. The slip is applied using brushes made from bundled dried grass, or by hand. The maker aims to create vessels that retain the texture and color of the clay, imbued with handmade lines and atmosphere, preserving a pure strength. As each piece is handmade, actual colors and dimensions may vary. Unique characteristics such as glaze shrinkage, crawling, or crazing are part of the piece's individuality. ・Not suitable for dishwashers, microwaves, or ovens. ・Ceramics are porous and can absorb stains. To prevent discoloration, wash promptly after use, or soak in water for a few minutes before serving food. ・The base of the vessels is often unglazed. After washing, it is recommended to dry them upside down in a well-ventilated area and ensure they are completely dry before storing.
