Learn Chinese Postcard – Happy

Happy Easy to Learn Chinese. Taiwan is one of the few countries that preserves and uses traditional Chinese characters in their entirety. We've used this as inspiration to create a series of "Learn Chinese" postcards, transforming traditional characters from inscrutable symbols into an art form that foreigners can try writing themselves, experiencing the charm of Chinese calligraphy firsthand. The character stroke order and writing methods are based on commonly used, everyday practices and visual design considerations. The numbers on the postcard indicate the stroke sequence, conceptualized as a connect-the-dots style guide, and do not represent the official stroke count as defined by the Ministry of Education. For children learning to write, please refer to Mandarin Chinese textbooks or the official stroke order learning website. The stroke order on the back of the postcard follows the standard version from the Ministry of Education.
