(The hydrangeas in this arrangement are also imported from Japan.) Some customers inquire why we exclusively use Japanese preserved flowers. Japanese preserved floral materials are known for their superior production and dyeing techniques, ensuring more stable quality. However, this also means a higher unit price. (Some shops may use Chinese-made roses to lower costs.) We believe in the principle of "you get what you pay for" and are dedicated to creating high-quality floral gifts for you. ☺️ ⚠️ The preserved roses we use are made from natural roses. Slight variations in color and size between batches, as well as occasional minor petal cracks, are normal occurrences. As they are made from real flowers, it's impossible for each one to be as flawless as an artificial flower. Please understand this before purchasing. Frequently Asked Questions Q: How long do they last? A: The optimal viewing period is approximately 1-2 years. During this time, natural fading or shedding may occur depending on the environment where the flowers are displayed. Q: Where is the light base switch? What is the battery model? A: The switch is located on the underside (back) of the base. The battery type is AAA, and it requires 3 batteries. Q: The rose color I want isn't available in the shop. Can I request a custom color? A: Absolutely! Please message us to inquire. We'll do our best to find your preferred color. (Custom orders may incur additional material costs.) All items in our shop are custom-made. Once an order is placed, we do not accept returns based on reasons such as colors not meeting expectations or product dimensions. Both dried and preserved flowers are crafted from natural plants and flowers. Therefore, slight color variations between batches are normal. With proper care, they can last over a year. All these are normal occurrences. ★ Care Instructions for Dried Flowers & Preserved Flowers ★ · Please store them in a dry, well-ventilated environment. · If you live in a humid climate, we recommend using a dehumidifier to prevent mold. · If the storage environment is too humid and you notice petals/leaves becoming moist or softening, this is normal. Simply use a dehumidifier to improve air circulation. · Natural dried floral materials will naturally fade or change color over time, which is normal. · If dust accumulates after prolonged display, gently brush it off with a small soft brush.
