This painting holds a unique story. During one of the air attacks, while living in Ukraine amidst the current war, I vividly imagined how I would illustrate an air raid warning. Initially, I drew a clear, transparent sky in haste. However, I left it untouched for several months. I realized that I didn't want to depict anxiety and wasn't prepared to paint a sky torn apart by sirens' flashes. As spring approached, my perception changed, and I wanted to see only birds in my country's clear sky. The cranes were returning home, building their nests, a sign of a promising, peaceful life ahead. The crane has been a powerful symbol in many cultures throughout history. People see this bird as a sign of good luck, peace, and longevity. In the spiritual realm, the crane symbolizes transformation and balance between the physical and spiritual worlds. Many also believed the crane has healing powers that can bring harmony and balance to our lives. In addition, the crane reminds us of our inner strength and resilience in times of difficulty. I take a photo in natural light for an actual display of the color scheme of the pictures.
