・If registering the day before or on the day of the class, please contact us to confirm if the class has commenced before registering.
・After completing your order and checkout, your purchase details serve as your registration confirmation. No physical tickets will be issued. Please report directly to the venue at the scheduled time; no separate SMS or pre-class notifications will be sent.
・Orders that are placed but not paid for will be considered incomplete registrations. Slots will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis, and unpaid orders will not be included in the participant list.
・If you are unable to attend or wish to reschedule after payment, please contact us via our fan page or call (02) 2371-4171 at least 3 days in advance. The following refund policy applies:
. According to Article 9, Paragraph 1, Item 4 of the Compulsory Education Act and Article 33 of the Regulations for Short-Term Supplementary Schools, as announced by the Executive Yuan's Consumer Protection Committee, refunds are as follows:
A. For refund requests made sixty days or more before the class start date, 95% of the total paid fee will be refunded.
B. For refund requests made between the 59th and 8th day before the class start date, 90% of the total paid fee will be refunded.
C. For refund requests made between the 7th and 1st day before the class start date, 80% of the total paid fee will be refunded.
. Rescheduling is permitted for sessions within the next 2 months. Please proactively inform us of your chosen session. Failure to do so will be considered forfeiture. If you cannot make the rescheduled time, please opt for a refund.
. For cancellations on the day of the class, no refunds or rescheduling will be accepted, as materials and venue arrangements will have already been completed. Participants who do not show up will be considered to have forfeited their spot.
. To protect the rights of other participants, those who arrive 15 minutes or more after the scheduled start time will be considered to have forfeited their spot.
. For refunds, please contact us and provide your bank account details, including account name and number. All refunds will be processed via cash transfer.
・Participants must be 10 years of age or older to register for this event.
・Only ticket holders are permitted to participate. Unpaid companions are not allowed to enter or join the activity, unless a child requires parental assistance to complete the activity independently, or in special cases where parent-child participation is required. Please call the venue in advance to inquire.
・If the number of registered participants for a session is less than 6 two days before the event starts, xiabenhow reserves the right to cancel the session and offer participants the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.
・Please arrive on time for the event. To ensure a smooth experience, please avoid being late.
・Food and beverages are not permitted in the workshop.
・Participants must adhere to the rules of the venue and follow the instructions of the instructor.
・In case of force majeure events such as natural disasters, xiabenhow will proactively contact participants to arrange for rescheduling or a full refund.
・The organizer may take photos and videos during the workshop for documentation and promotional purposes on xiabenhow's social media channels. Photos and videos featuring your likeness may be used for event records or other recruitment and promotional activities.
・If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform a staff member at the event, and we will make special arrangements.
