Workshop Description

・If registering the day before or on the day of the workshop, please contact us to confirm if the session has commenced before registering.
・After completing the order and checkout, the purchase receipt serves as proof of registration. No physical ticket will be mailed. Please report directly to the venue at the scheduled time. No separate SMS or pre-workshop notification will be sent.
・Orders with pending checkout are considered incomplete registrations. Once a session is full, enrollment will immediately cease, and pending checkout orders will not be added to the participant list.
・If unable to attend or wishing to reschedule after payment, please contact us via our fan page or call (02) 2371-4171 at least 3 days in advance. Refund policies are as follows:
。According to Article 9, Paragraph 1, Subparagraph 4 of the "Compulsory Education Act for Public and Continuing Education" and Article 33 of the "Regulations for Short-Term Tutoring Classes" as announced by the Executive Yuan's Consumer Protection Committee:
A. For refund requests submitted more than sixty days before the commencement date, a refund of 95% of the total actual fees paid will be issued.
B. For refund requests submitted between the fifty-ninth and eighth day before the commencement date, a refund of 90% of the total actual fees paid will be issued.
C. For refund requests submitted between the seventh and first day before the commencement date, a refund of 80% of the total actual fees paid will be issued.
。Rescheduling is permitted for sessions within the next 2 months. Please actively inform us of your chosen session. Failure to do so will be considered forfeiture. If you cannot adhere to the rescheduling timeframe, please opt for a refund.
。On the day of the workshop, as materials and seating arrangements have been prepared by the instructor, refunds and rescheduling will not be accepted. Failure to attend will be considered forfeiture.
。To protect the rights of other participants, late arrivals exceeding 15 minutes past the scheduled start time will be considered forfeiture.
。For refunds, please contact us and provide your bank account number, name, and account holder's name. All refunds will be processed via bank transfer.
・Participants must be 10 years of age or older to register for this event.
・Only ticket holders are permitted to participate. Unregistered guests are not allowed to accompany or participate, unless a child requires parental assistance to complete the activity independently, or in special cases where parent-child participation is required, this rule may not apply. Please call the venue in advance to inquire.
・If the number of registered participants for a session does not reach 6 at least two days before the event's start date, xiabenhow reserves the right to cancel the session and offer a change of session or a full refund.
・Please arrive on time for the event. To ensure a smooth experience, please do not be late.
・No food or beverages are allowed in the handmade workshop.
・Participants must adhere to the rules of the venue and follow the instructions of the instructor.
・In case of force majeure events such as natural disasters, xiabenhow will proactively contact participants for rescheduling or a full refund.
・The organizer may take photographs and videos during the event for recording and promotional purposes on xiabenhow's social media channels. By participating, you consent to the use of your image in such materials.
・If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform the staff at the event, and we will make special arrangements.
