This work was produced in Hsinchu, which was an important production area for the glass industry in Taiwan in the past due to its rich natural gas and silica sand production. The production process of the work is completed by hand-blowing and thermoplastic technology. From the blowing pipe to the glass paste, it is repeatedly heated and shaped by hand tools such as tweezers, newspapers, and saws. This technology was first used by Japanese during the Japanese occupation period. Introduced by the master, after decades of evolution, it has been passed down from the hands of Taiwanese masters. A piece of work takes dozens of minutes to make and a whole day of cooling down, and the master sweats profusely in front of the thousand-degree high-temperature kiln.
