For special custom orders, the designer's quote is valid for 10 days. ---------------------- ▼ Important Information Before Purchasing ---------------------- ► Vegetable-Tanned Leather This studio exclusively uses Italian/European imported vegetable-tanned leather. Unlike seemingly flawless PU or patent leather, vegetable-tanned leather is natural and environmentally friendly. It retains the unique textures and marks from the cow's growth process, such as scars, insect bites, growth lines, blood vessels, etc. These marks are not defects. Minor indentations and scratches during processing, transportation, and production are also considered normal within the acceptable range, provided the leather surface is not damaged. In respect for life and natural materials, we will not (and cannot) entirely avoid these marks, except for large scars. Please consider this carefully if you are sensitive to these features. Every step is completed by hand, and the final product cannot be compared to the perfect finish of machine production. However, it possesses a unique warmth and texture. Furthermore, with time and different usage habits, the leather will develop its own unique scratches and marks, deepen in color, and gain a patina, gradually showcasing a one-of-a-kind appearance. This is the characteristic of vegetable-tanned leather, making each leather product uniquely captivating. ► Color Firstly, screen displays have color differences. Additionally, even within the same brand, leather colors can vary between different batches, storage times, and even different parts of the same hide due to varying absorption of dye. Colors will not be consistent between consecutive orders. Please refer to the actual product. ► About Customization (No Appreciation Period. No Returns or Exchanges) This product is made to order via [customization]. Please specify your custom requirements at the time of order, such as "stitching color" and "embossed text and font." If no specifications are provided at the time of order, it will be assumed that you agree to the designer selecting the stitching color and leaving the "embossed text" area blank. As each order is "customized," it cannot be resold to others (finished products cannot have their stitching changed or text re-embossed). Therefore, unless there is an error in the specifications, our "customized products" do not have an appreciation period and do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason (such as being too loose/tight, rough leather/workmanship, inaccurate color, poor texture, not meeting expectations, etc.). We understand that "online customization" can seem risky. Therefore, if you have specific requirements, it is advisable to purchase from a physical store.
