Revisions & Adjustments: One complimentary revision is included for final products, limited to minor contour adjustments or corrections of production errors. Mid-process changes will incur fees for materials and labor based on the situation. 2. Subjective Differences: After placing an order, we cannot offer partial refunds or returns based on personal aesthetic preferences such as "different from imagination" or "disproportionate." Please refer to the existing styles in our portfolio. Handmade items may not achieve perfect symmetry or 100% realism. 3. After-Sales Service & Unclaimed Packages: This product is a custom-made order and is not subject to the 7-day appreciation period. Failure to claim your package without valid reason will be treated as malicious abandonment, and we will pursue relevant civil liabilities. 4. Work Sharing: Photos of finished products may be publicly shared on our platforms later (personal information will be hidden). If you prefer your work not to be shared, please inform us in advance. Silence will be considered consent. 5. Returns: Custom-made products fall under "Special Goods Category*" and are not covered by the 7-day appreciation period regulations. Returns and exchanges are not possible. 6. Color Variation: Slight color differences between product photos and the physical item viewed in person are normal and do not qualify for refunds or returns. 7. Unboxing Video: Please record the unboxing process in its entirety upon receipt to protect your rights and ours. Any issues must be reported within 1 day of receipt; later claims will not be processed. 8. Photo Material: All photos are printed on photo paper using an inkjet printer. 9. Paper Material: Craft paper. 10. Size Tolerance: Due to manual crafting and measurement, a 0-2cm error is normal. 11. Receipt: Please inform us in advance if a receipt is required. We are a shop that does not use unified invoices. Subsequent re-issuance will only be done via registered mail.
