"International Jewelry Appraisal Institute" was established by GIA GG in 1992. Based in Taichung and working in Taiwan, it has been committed to professional jewelry teaching for nearly 30 years. Mr. Cui used to work as the director of the California Gemstone Identification Center, and founded the "Taiwan Provincial Gemstone Association" in 1994, which is a well-known and old-fashioned identification unit in Taichung.
