Some things,
are naturally formed.
During the kiln firing process,
the most beautiful glaze beads are left behind.
Hanging at the very bottom of the artwork,
I call them "Lost Pearls."
They can transform into another kind of beauty,
becoming necklaces,
bracelets,
rings, and earrings.
I named this series of works "Lost Pearls,"
the most beautiful glaze beads left behind in the kiln.
Irreplicable,
unrepeatable,
and not customizable,
these are the Lost Pearls.
